The biggest selling point of this hotel is the reception staff. Always smiling, polite, and helpful. This guy really deserves to be employee of the month. Thanks to him. Another positive point is the location near the shopping center and metro.

Everything was perfect during my stay at Vitabella. The receptionists were incredibly nice and hosted us exceptionally well, always going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. They were attentive to our needs and answered all our questions with a smile. The location is fantastic—very nice and safe, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in after a long day. This is my second time here, and I can’t wait to return!
